All prices shown on www.vestsea.co.uk are incl. VAT (20%). The goods can be ordered online and paid with:

We do not charge card fees and the amount is charged to your credit card when your order is dispatched from Vestsea.

Freight

We use GLS UK. All orders over 95 GBP are free of charge and all orders under 95 GBP carry a cost of 5.00 GBP.

Right of withdrawal

Our delivery times are 2-3 working days. If this standard delivery time is exceeded, you as a customer have the right to cancel.

Your right to return your ourchase.
As a consumer, you have a 14-day grace period in which you can return the item free of charge. Return label will be issued FOC.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.

The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to info@vestsea.co.uk or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the trading conditions.

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.

Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.

Please note that you will be refunded all original shipping costs along with the item.

Return
Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.

We pay for return shipping by issuing a return label where the return shipping has been paid for. All you must do is deliver the item to the designated drop-off point. You can also freely choose, at your own expense, to send the item back with a transport company of your choice.

No right of withdrawal
These agreements cannot be cancelled:
Delivery of goods that have been manufactured to your specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch, e.g. engraved jewellery cannot be returned.

The condition of the item when you have back
If the item has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and way of functioning of the item, you can only get a part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases, it may mean you can only get back the shipping costs.

We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, this may lead to a decrease in the value of the item.

Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we has received your message that you want to cancel the agreement. We return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

Right of exchange and return

In addition to your 14-day right of withdrawal, we offer a 30-day full right of exchange and return with a full refund (excluding shipping) from the day you receive the jewellery.

The jewellery must be returned in original packaging and in unused condition. When returning, please complete the enclosed return slip with name, address, and invoice/order number.

If you have paid by credit card, the refund will be made to the credit card used.
If a transfer to a bank account is desired, it is important that you provide your bank account number.

Your right to complaint

When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Purchase Act apply to the purchase of goods.

This means that you have the right to complain for 24 months.
If your complaint is justified, this means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.

You must advertise within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the error. If you complain within two months of discovering the fault, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can reimburse you for shipping costs.

Personal data policy

We need the following information when you shop with us:
Name, address, phone no. and email address.
We register and pass on the personal data that is necessary to be able to deliver the goods to you.
The personal information is registered with Bech Group Limited and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

We only work with data processors in the EU and the UK or in countries that can provide your information with sufficient protection.

You have the right to be informed about which information we process about you.
If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you ask for it. It can, for example, be if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we were to use it.
